2)  What does a viewing trip include?

You may book anything from 1 night up to 7 nights on site in one of our show homes to sample the tranquil way of life here in Tenerife. (Local charges apply).

Collection upon arrival

Viewing of development at your leisure + tour of local area

Return to airport

3)  How much deposit is required?

10% deposit secures your plot. Remaining balance due 28 days from invoice date.

Special arrangements are available if you are selling a property.

4)  Do I lose my deposit?

No, the deposit will be refunded in full once we have re - sold your reserved plot and mobile home, less any expenses that may be incurred by ourselves

5)  What is included in the price?

A brand new, fully furnished mobile home sited and connected on your own plot.

Full garden package to include sprinkler system, plants and flowers.

6)  What are the running costs?

All of our plots have electrical and water/drain connections, electricity is metered.

The ground rents range from 140 euros a month for a single plot up to 210 euros a month for a double plot. There is an additional charge of 140 euros a month for 2 persons when living onsite, this charge includes your water, electric, sewage, rubbish collection, pool maintenance, use of all sports fields and all local taxes.

7)  How long can I keep my mobile on site for?

As long as required.

8)  Can I sell or rent my mobile home if required?

Yes, it is entirely your decision.

9)  What facilities are available on site?

Swimming pool, Sports courts, Laundry, Convenience store, Cafe/Bar

10)  Would I need to hire a car whilst over there?

Yes

11)  How far are the beaches / golf courses situated?

Las Galletas beach is 2km away

Los Cristianos beach is 6km away

Los Palos 9 hole golf course is 3km away

Amrrella golf course is 12km away

Golf Del Sur 27 hole golf course is 14km away

12)  How far is the site from the airport?

Approximately 20 minutes from Tenerife Sur airport.

13)  What is the weather like?

The weather averages approximately 20° C throughout the year. Peaks about July offering a comfortable 20 - 25° C.

14)  Are pets allowed on site?

Yes, pets are more than welcome on site.

The site is open 12 months of the year.

16) Applying for an NIE in Spain?

(Numero de Identidad de Extranjero) is necessary when buying a property, car etc.
